Kick has suspended Miami streamer Clavicular after a live broadcast showed him driving his Tesla Cybertruck into another person during a street confrontation on December 25.
The incident unfolded in Miami after another content creator followed Clavicular throughout the evening, documenting the pursuit online and confronting him in public spaces.
Video shows the man jumping onto the hood of the Cybertruck as Clavicular sat inside. Moments later, the vehicle accelerated into a parked car, throwing the person to the ground.
Earlier on stream, Clavicular made violent remarks about his harassers, then added the qualifier "in GTA." Witnesses said there had already been a physical altercation between the two.
Police questioned Clavicular at the scene for several hours and released him without immediate charges. A parking security guard told officers the person on the hood was the aggressor.
Clavicular called fellow streamer Adin Ross for help, who advised him to keep recording and seek a lawyer. Florida stand your ground laws may shape what happens next.
