100 mph crash blamed on aliens teleporting Florida man into BMW

A Florida man told deputies aliens teleported him into a BMW moments before a violent crash in Volusia County, Florida. Investigators say the claim followed a high speed joyride. Volusia County deputies said the BMW was taken from Bicentennial Park after the owner left it unlocked. The keys were in a cupholder while the owner walked his dog. Minutes later, witnesses reported the convertible racing over 100 mph near U.S. Route 1 and Plantation Oaks Boulevard. The car slammed into an intersection and was heavily damaged. Good Samaritans pulled the driver from the wreck before first responders arrived. Deputies identified him as Calvin Curtis Johnson, a 36 year old from Florida. At the scene and later at a hospital, Johnson denied stealing the car. Deputies said he insisted aliens had teleported him directly into the driver’s seat. Johnson was booked into the Volusia County Jail on charges of grand theft auto and driving on a suspended license. Deputies noted no one else was injured, and the aliens were not located.
