In Chiba Prefecture, streamer Zokkunzokkun was arrested after live-streaming himself running through residential areas with women's underwear covering his face. Dressed in a white gym uniform and red bloomers, his antics led one woman to describe his behavior as "scary and shocking."

The incident, which occurred on May 19 in Ishikawa city, was reported by viewers who identified the location and contacted police. Zokkunzokkun admitted to the charges, stating he aimed to "stir things up" and increase his follower count, which stands at over 5,300.

Some social media users criticized Zokkunzokkun, calling him "gross" and suggesting permanent bans for such streamers, while others questioned the severity of his arrest.
