The incident unfolded after a witness reported a naked male in a Lowe’s parking lot shed. Police located the man lying on his back, using an open Vaseline jar and phone, and arrested him for obscenity. “He was watching ‘YouTube’ at the time,” police noted, as shoppers gawked.
