This iconic British pastry joins Shakespeare and Attenborough in Madame Tussauds’ culture capital zone, making history as the museum’s first food exhibit. Greggs sells 1 million sausage rolls daily—now one sits on velvet, immortalized in wax, crumbs and all, for National Sausage Roll Day.
